Responsible Gaming Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Our role

Lumivant Technologies Limited ("Lumivant", "we") develops and supplies gaming platform software to licensed B2C operators. We do not offer gambling services to the public through this website (www.lumivanttech.com), and we hold no player accounts and no player funds. At the same time, responsible gaming is built into the platform we supply, and we recognise our responsibility for how our software is used.

Playing responsibly

We advise all players using sites run on our platform to take the following into account, and not to game irresponsibly:

  • Play for entertainment, not to make money.
  • Avoid chasing losses.
  • Establish limits for yourself.
  • Do not let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities.
  • Never gamble unless you can cover losses.
  • Take breaks.

See the questions below. If your answer to the majority of them is "yes", we advise you to take action to prevent gambling from negatively impacting your life:

  • Does gambling affect your work?
  • Has gambling caused arguments with family or friends?
  • Do you always return to win back your losses?
  • Have you borrowed money to gamble?
  • Do you see gambling as a source of income?
  • Do you find it difficult to limit your gambling?

What to do

Listed below are reputed organisations committed to helping those who struggle with gambling problems, which can be contacted at any time:

  • Gamblers Anonymous
  • Gambling Therapy
  • GamCare

How we can help

The Lumivant platform provides every operator we supply with a responsible gaming toolkit: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion. We advise all players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour to take a break by excluding themselves from their gaming account. Self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum of 6 months and no promotional material is sent during that period.

Players can request self-exclusion or a 7-day cooling-off period at any time through the customer support team of the site they play on, and the operator's team will assist. We recommend that players also contact all other gambling sites where they have an account and request self-exclusion there.

Underage gambling

Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18+) in order to play on any site operated by our clients. We require every operator we supply to enforce this, and the platform includes age verification support within its KYC workflow. It remains the player's responsibility to be aware of the age restriction where they reside and play, and to confirm their legitimacy when creating an account. We also advise parents to do the following:

  • Password-protect your computer, mobile and/or tablet.
  • Do not leave your device unattended when logged into your account.
  • Make sure all account details and credit cards are inaccessible to children.
  • Do not save passwords on your computer; write them down and keep them somewhere out of reach.
  • Download filtering software (e.g. Net Nanny) to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate sites.
