Licensing status. Lumivant Technologies Limited is an International Business Company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles, with its registered office at F2-2A, Oceanic House, Providence Estate, Mahé, Seychelles. An application for a B2B gaming service provider (software supplier) licence is in progress with the Anjouan Gaming Board, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. This page will be updated upon issuance of the licence.
Anti–money laundering programme
Lumivant maintains a risk-based AML/CFT framework aligned with FATF recommendations, covering client and supplier due diligence, transaction monitoring capability embedded in the platform, sanctions and PEP screening, record-keeping, staff training and the appointment of a compliance officer. Operator clients receive platform tooling that supports their own AML obligations under their licence.
Know your customer
The platform provides configurable KYC workflows — identity, address and age verification, document authentication and liveness checks through integrated verification providers — with risk-based escalation to enhanced due diligence and full audit trail of every verification decision.
Responsible gaming
Player-protection controls are native to the platform: deposit, loss and session limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, self-exclusion, and markers-of-harm reporting for operator intervention. Lumivant supplies only to operators that maintain their own responsible-gaming policies.
Data protection & security
Personal data is processed under documented data-processing agreements with operator clients. Platform security includes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, segregated environments, logging and monitoring, and a tested incident-response procedure.
Supplier due diligence
Game studios, payment providers and data vendors are onboarded through a documented due-diligence process covering licensing and certification status, corporate standing, sanctions screening and contractual compliance obligations, reviewed periodically.
Regulatory cooperation
Lumivant cooperates with the regulators of its clients and suppliers, and provides reporting, data access and documentation as required under applicable licence conditions and supply agreements.
